Judy and Paul were at work in the morning so we slobbed out
until they got back at lunchtime.
In the afternoon we all strolled into town and went up the
old water tower to check out the views for miles around.
We then had a quick stop on the way back to get ice-creams
before more slobbing out could be done.
Later, Corrie, Judy and Paul went for little trip to the
beach leaving Danny quite comfortably reading back at the house.
Homemade pizzas were for tea and we all made short work of
them as they were delicious. These were the precursor to the night’s
entertainment which was a trip to the cinema to watch The Hunger Games; the
books of which we have both read whilst travelling and really enjoyed them so
it seemed only right to see how the film compared. We all enjoyed the showing
and whilst Paul was impressed with what he’d seen, the remaining three who’d
read the books nit-picked for a while over the finer details not captured in
the film! We did all agree it was a good film though.
Back home for a few drinkypoos before bed.
